Free kit · for independent B2B consultants
Turn your consulting expertise into a useful client diagnostic.
Use a complete worksheet, scoring example and launch checklist to prepare one focused resource for the people your service helps. Try the scorecard below, then get the full kit.
What you finish
One client diagnostic, ready to test
Includes a completed fictional example: the Harbor Ops New Client Handoff Scorecard.
Illustrative example. No client or result is real.
What you will finish
A diagnostic your buyer can use without you.
A short scorecard your buyer completes about their own situation. It shows where they stand, gives them one action they can take alone, and helps you both decide whether a conversation makes sense. It promises no leads or sales.
| Step | What you finish | Time (estimate) |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Connect it to one service | One sentence linking the diagnostic to your offer | 10 minutes |
| 2. Choose five checks | Five things a reader can observe and score 0, 1 or 2 | 20 minutes |
| 3. Score bands and free actions | Three bands, each with an action the reader can take alone | 15 minutes |
| 4. Ask only what you need | Up to three questions and a clear, separate email choice | 5 minutes |
| 5. Reader messages | Delivery, help and optional next-step messages | 15 minutes |
| 6. The invitation | A headline, three benefits and a call to action | 10 minutes |
| 7. Launch checklist | A tested route from request to access | 15 minutes |
Times are estimates for planning, not tested measurements. Publishing and testing are separate steps.

Before you start.
Who is this for?
Independent B2B consultants with a defined service who want their first useful free resource. It is not a fit if you do not yet have a service or real experience to draw on, or if you expect a guaranteed number of leads.
Do I need any software?
No. The workbook works on paper or in any editor, and the scorecard maker runs in your browser. A simple page and manual follow-up may be enough for a pilot. Our email tool guide explains what to check if you later need automation; no affiliate relationship is active.
Can I use an AI assistant?
Optionally. The kit includes a constrained prompt for your own assistant that uses only your material and labels assumptions. You can also complete every field by hand. This page does not send anything you type to any AI.
Is the Harbor Ops example real?
No. Harbor Ops is fictional. No real client, score or result is implied anywhere in the kit.
One focused resource, done properly.

Free. The button takes you to the form: we send you a short email, and once you reply VERIFY, so we know the address is yours, we email you the kit. Then come three follow-up emails over about nine days on using it, on days 2, 5 and 9 (the last one names our own $79 Workflow Pack). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
