Who we are and what this covers

This website is published by AI Lead Magnet Hub (aileadmagnethub.com). This policy covers the website, the three forms on it (the Brief Builder request, the Consultant Diagnostic Launch Kit request and the contact form) and the emails we send as a result. For any privacy question, use our contact form.

What we collect through our forms

We only collect personal details when you send one of our forms. Every form posts to our own endpoint on our server (/api/lead-inbox). Our systems then add the details to our customer relationship management system, HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), so that we can deliver the resource you asked for and reply to you.

Brief Builder request	Your first name and your email address.
Diagnostic kit request	Your first name and your email address. We never ask for client details.
Workflow Pack purchase	Your name, email address and order details, from Stripe, so we can give you access, email the link and handle refunds. We never see or store your card details.
Contact form	Your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message.
With any form	The page the form was sent from, any campaign (UTM) tags in that page’s address, and the time you sent it.
Anti-spam check	Each form has a hidden field that people do not see. We check it only to filter out automated spam.

We use these details to deliver what you asked for, to greet you by your first name in our emails, to reply to your message, to send each resource’s short email series (and stop it when you unsubscribe) and to know which page or campaign link a request came from.

Emails and your choices

Our emails are sent through HighLevel’s email service.

Confirmation and delivery emails. When you request a free resource and we have not confirmed your address before, we first send one short email asking you to reply VERIFY, so we know the address is yours. After your reply, we send one email with the download link because you asked for it. If you don't reply, we send nothing more.
Follow-up emails. Your VERIFY reply also starts the resource's short email series, as each form says under its button: four short follow-up emails over two weeks for the Brief Builder (on days 2, 5, 9 and 14; the last one names our own $79 Workflow Pack), and three follow-up emails over about nine days for the diagnostic kit (on days 2, 5 and 9; the last names the same pack). Each series then stops.
Unsubscribing. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask us to stop through the contact form. See email preferences.
Contact messages. Sending a message does not subscribe you to anything. We use your details only to reply.

The Source & Claim Review Checklist, the Promotion Copy Template and the sample campaign bundles ask for your first name and email address in a short sign-up box with a “Send my confirmation email” button. Reply VERIFY to the short email we send you, and we email you the file and a link to the free Brief Builder. Then come its four short follow-up emails on using it, on days 2, 5, 9 and 14; the last one names our own $79 Workflow Pack. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Cookies, analytics and affiliate tracking

We use no advertising or third-party analytics, and no cookies except two set when you sign up for a free download. One lets your browser open our free files without asking again, the other tells the page you have already signed up. They last up to a year, hold no name, email or visitor ID, and are never used for counting or advertising.
To see which pages and steps are useful, the site counts simple events on our own server: a page view, a button click, a click on an affiliate link, a download, a form sent. Each is a counter per day and page, and may note which part of the page a button was in, where it leads, whether the screen was phone-sized or larger, and the page version. No cookie, IP address, browser fingerprint or other identifier is stored with it, and the counts cannot be linked to you.
We load no third-party scripts on the site today.
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send a request to a font provider.
No affiliate tracking links are active today. Links to tool vendors are ordinary links.

If any of this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure first. When you follow a link to another website, that site’s own privacy notice applies.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs: the IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time. We use them for security and to troubleshoot problems.

Service providers and sharing

HighLevel (LeadConnector)	Our CRM and email service. It holds the form details listed above and sends our emails.
Stripe	Processes payments for the Workflow Pack, through the WellnessTrim account we use for all our digital products, so card statements show WELLNESSTRIM.
Hostinger	Our hosting provider. It operates the virtual private server that runs the website, the form endpoint and the server logs.

We do not sell personal data.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. Send the request through the contact form and include the email address you used, so we can find your record. Deleting your details does not stop you downloading the free resources again.

We have not published fixed retention periods. If you no longer want us to hold your details, ask us to delete them.

Children

The site is written for consultants and agency owners and is not aimed at children.

Changes to this policy

When our data practices change, we update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. That includes adding analytics, cookies or affiliate tracking.
