The Brief Builder, checklist and promotion template PDFs have form fields you can type into. Your answers only stay if the program you use saves them. The diagnostic kit PDF has no form fields: fill in its DOCX copy instead.
Save the file
Download a copy to your device rather than filling it in a browser tab.
Open in a forms reader
Use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, for example Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Complete and save
Type your answers, then save. Use “Save as” to keep a fresh blank copy for the next resource.
Reopen and check
Close the file, open the saved copy and confirm your answers are still there.
Some browser PDF viewers show the fields and let you type, but do not keep what you typed when you save or download. Before you fill in a whole workbook, type a short test entry, save, and reopen the copy. If the entry has gone, switch to a reader that supports forms.
Prefer paper?
Print the PDF and write by hand. The pages are A4; on US Letter paper, choose “Fit” or “Shrink oversized pages” in the print dialogue so nothing is cut off. To print typed answers, print from the saved copy you checked.
Keep client details out
Refer to confidential sources by a name or ID rather than pasting private client information into a file you might share.
Need an editable or text version?
The Brief Builder and the diagnostic kit both come as an editable DOCX (opens in Word, LibreOffice Writer or Google Docs) plus a plain-text file, and the Promotion Copy Template comes as a plain-text file. Replace the instructions with your own details and save your finished copy. The review checklist is supplied as a PDF only; print it if fillable fields do not suit you.
What we email you, and how to stop it.
When you request the Brief Builder, we first send a short email asking you to reply VERIFY, so we know the address is yours. Once you do, we email you the download link. Your reply also starts four short follow-up emails over two weeks, one for each stage of the workbook. They arrive on days 2, 5, 9 and 14, and then they stop; the last one names our own $79 Workflow Pack.
The diagnostic kit works the same way: after your VERIFY reply, one delivery email with a link to your download page, then three follow-up emails. They arrive on days 2, 5 and 9 (choosing the decision your diagnostic helps with, deciding whether you need automation, and planning your next lead magnet, which names our own $79 Workflow Pack), and then they stop. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
The review checklist, the promotion template and the sample bundles use a short sign-up box with a “Send my confirmation email” button. Reply VERIFY to the short email we send you, and we email you the file and a link to the Brief Builder. Then come the Brief Builder's four short follow-up emails on days 2, 5, 9 and 14 (the last one names our own $79 Workflow Pack).
Each resource stays available after you stop the follow-ups: you can download it again from this page at any time.
Stop follow-up emails
- There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Use it to stop the follow-ups.
- Or ask us through the contact form, giving the email address you used.
- If an unsubscribe link does not work, tell us through the contact form.
A few useful fixes to try.
The download link will not open.
Go back to the resource page and try its download button again, or use the download links above. If it still fails, report the resource name, the page address and what happened through the contact form.
My PDF answers did not save.

I cannot find the Brief Builder or diagnostic kit email.
Look for the email we sent when you pressed “Send my confirmation email” (its subject starts “Reply VERIFY”) and reply with the word VERIFY. We send the resource as soon as your reply arrives. Confirmed this address with us before? Then there is no VERIFY email, and the resource comes to you directly.
The resource email comes from AI Lead Magnet Hub, almh@mail.thesmartlearningpath.com (the sending address our sites share, so it does not end in aileadmagnethub.com). The subject is Your free Brief Builder is ready or Your Consultant Diagnostic Launch Kit.
- Wait 5 minutes. Delivery can take a few minutes.
- Look in your Spam or Junk folder. If it is there, mark it as not spam or not junk.
- In Gmail, check the Promotions and Updates tabs.
- Search your mailbox for almh@mail.thesmartlearningpath.com.
- Add the sender to your contacts so later emails reach your inbox. Gmail: open the email, hover over the sender’s name and choose “Add to contacts”. Outlook.com: open the email, select the sender’s name and choose “Add to contacts”. Apple Mail: open the email, click the arrow beside the sender’s name and choose “Add to Contacts” (on iPhone or iPad, tap the name, then “Create New Contact”).

The diagnostic kit DOCX will not open.
Open it in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer or Google Docs (upload it to Google Drive, then open it with Google Docs). If it still fails, use the plain-text version or tell us through the contact form.
I bought the Workflow Pack. Where are my files?
Your files are on the private page linked in your order email; it has every file and a single ZIP. Lost the email? Check your spam or junk folder, then use the contact form with the topic “A Workflow Pack order or refund”. For a full refund within 30 days of purchase, reply to your order email.
Who helps with a purchase from a tool vendor?
The vendor. For billing, refunds or account support, contact the company named on your purchase receipt. We do not sell third-party tools.
